Q: How much do lessons cost?

Q: What do we need at home for percussion lessons?
A: You will need to have either a practice pad and/or a snare drum as well as sticks. Music will be recommended as we progress.
Q: Do we need to bring everything to our percussion lesson?
A: No! All you need to bring is your sticks and music. I have equipment (pads and drums) at the studio that you can use, unless you want to bring your own!
Q: How do we pay for lessons?
A: You can expect to pay monthly at the first lesson of each month. You will be emailed an invoice at the end of each month for the following month. We accept cash, check, and Venmo. Checks can be made out to Clark Music Studios. For more information on pricing and policies, please click HERE.
Q: Is there a set schedule for lessons?
A: Yes. When you sign up for lessons, you will sign up for a time slot and that slot is yours every week!
Q: What if I miss my weekly lesson? Do we still have to pay?
A: Yes. The time slot that you sign up for is just for you. Your instructor is there every week during that time, even if you're not. For more information on pricing and policies, please click HERE.
Q: What is a good age to start beginning percussion lessons?
A: It is nice for the students to be able to read and understand instructions. This helps with your attention span to be stretched to be able to concentrate for the whole lesson time. In most cases, ages 6-7.
Q: Am I too old to start beginner lessons?
A: Absolutely NOT!!
Q: What if I want to take a month break from lessons?
A: Please discuss this with your lesson teacher ahead of time. If you want to hold your timeslot during an extended break, that timeslot will need to be paid for.
