PRICING

• Your private teacher will communicate their lesson rate to you at the start of lessons. Lessons are offered in 30 minute or 60 minute slots once a  week. 

• Lessons are to be paid in full by the first lesson of each month. The amount may vary monthly for various reasons.  Invoices are sent via email at the end of the month.

• Accepted forms of payment: cash, check (written out to Clark Music Studios), or Venmo.

ABSENCE POLICIES

• Students are expected to attend all lessons in a given month on their regular day and time slot scheduled. Your instructor has reserved this lesson time for you and you only.  Missed lessons will not be made-up or rescheduled. No credits or refunds will be given for missed lessons. If you choose not to attend your lesson for any reason, your instructor's time must still be compensated. Exceptions can be made at the instructor's discretion.   

• If the instructor cancels a lesson, they will either issue a credit for that lesson OR find a make up time if schedules allow. 

• In case of inclement weather or illness, lessons may be held over Zoom at the instructor's discretion.
